Funda at reception was not only welcoming but went above and beyond to assist me during my time there, even helping me resolve a personal issue with a local vendor, making her feel like a true friend. the housekeeping staff also impressed me with their attentiveness, checking in on me and providing extra amenities without prompting. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, with major attractions like the Galata Tower and Spice Bazaar within walking distance. the surrounding area offered a plethora of dining options and shops, ensuring convenience and a vibrant atmosphere. Despite the bustling neighborhood, the hotel itself was a peaceful retreat at night, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and luxurious Turkish towels, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. the hotel's amenities, including the restaurant, were top-notch, and the staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly at home. Overall, Azzap Hotel Galata exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a blend of comfort and history in the heart of Istanbul.
